This week, the Public Policy Foundation of West Virginia begins a series of policy papers that address a number of the most prominent problems facing the public sector in West Virginia.
The first paper, authored by Robin Capehart and Raymond Keener, both Senior Scholars at the PPFWV, addresses the drug problem in West Virginia. The paper looks at the issues with the State's current approach to attacking the problem and offers several proposal aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the public effort.
